I wanted to take this opportunity to share a few pics of one of my new favorites, i.e. the super cute and comfy IRO sandals I got last week. I've been searching for a pair of casual sandals for a while now. You see, I was looking for something to pair with denim shorts, distressed jeans and flowy sundresses but since I don't wear flats that much, I wanted a bit of a heel or wedge. Sounds simple enough, right? Yet, it definitely took me a while to find these, since most high heels and wedges I came across had a decidedly dressier look than what I had in mind. So, when I spotted these babies, I knew in an instant I finally found exactly what I was looking for. A hybrid between booties and sandals, minimalistic yet detailed enough to make them visually interesting, I pretty much love everything about them!
